Managing Contract Vendor Assets

Contract vendor assets are the prime contractor's equipment, personnel, and staff used in performing the contract work. The Contract Vendor Asset Overview component is the gateway to managing all of the vendor assets associated with the contract.

To access the Contract Vendor Asset Overview component, click the Contract Vendor Assets link in the Construction component.

To manage the vendor assets for a contract, first locate the contract using the Quick Find search box. The system displays a list of contracts that match your search criteria. Each row represents the assets recorded for one contractor for a specific contract. Each row contains the Contract ID, Vendor Short Name, a count of how many active vendor assets have been recorded for equipment, personnel and staff, and an Actions button.

To maintain vendor equipment assets for a contract, select Open Equipment from the Actions menu on the contract row. For more information, see Maintaining Contract Vendor Equipment.

To maintain vendor personnel assets for a contract, select Open Personnel from the Actions menu on the contract row. For more information, see Maintaining Contract Vendor Personnel.

To maintain vendor staff assets for a contract, select Open Staff from the Actions menu on the contract row. For more information, see Maintaining Contract Vendor Staff.
