Maintaining Contract Vendor Personnel

Vendor personnel are employees of the vendor who are paid on an hourly basis.

The Personnel tab on the Contract Vendor Asset Summary contains a list of all of the prime contractor's personnel who are associated with the contract. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To change information in a personnel row, click anywhere in the row. Click in any field and add or change information as required.

To delete a personnel row, select Delete form the Actions menu on the row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished making changes, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system (including deleted information). The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

Adding a Vendor Personnel Row

To add a new vendor personnel row for the contract, navigate to the Contract Vendor Asset Summary, click the Personnel tab, and then click the New button. The system adds a new row at the bottom of the list. All fields in the new row are blank.

To save the row, you must enter information in all fields that display a red asterisk. Record information in other fields as needed.

When you are finished adding information, click the Save button to apply your changes. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.

Adding Vendor Personnel from Reference Data

To add one or more vendor personnel rows to the contract by selecting from reference data, follow these steps:

  1. On the Contract Vendor Asset Summary, click the Personnel tab, and then choose Select Vendor Personnel from the list Actions menu.

    The system displays a modal window for selecting reference personnel.

  2. Locate the personnel rows you want to select by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking Show first 10.

    The system displays rows that match your criteria.

  3. Click each personnel row you want to add.

    The system adds a check mark beside each row you select and shades the row. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.

  4. When you are finished selecting personnel rows, click the Add to Contract Vendor button.

    The system closes the modal window and takes you to the Personnel tab of the Contract Vendor Asset Summary component with the new rows added to the list.

  5. When you are finished, click the Save button to apply your changes.

    The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
