Maintaining SMFMI Information for a Mix Design

The SMFMI tab on the Mix Design Summary lists all of the active SMFMI records associated with the mix design's material code. Each specification row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

• SMFMI Name

• Source ID

• Facility ID

• Active

To delete an SMFMI from the mix design, select Delete from the Actions menu on the SMFMI row. To reverse the deletion, click the Undo button. To save your changes, click the Save button.

To view or modify information for an SMFMI, click the SMFMI Name link or select Open from the Actions menu on the SMFMI row. The system takes you to the Source Material Facility Material Identification Summary. See Maintaining Source Material Facility Material Identifications for more information.

Adding SMFMI Records to a Mix Design

To associate one or more SMFMI records with a mix design, perform these steps:

1. Navigate to the SMFMI tab on the Mix Design Summary, and click the Select SMFMI button.
   
   The system displays a modal window that lists active SMFMI records for the source material or facility material associated with the mix design.

2. Click the row for the SMFMI you want to add to the mix design.
   
   The system adds a check mark at the beginning of the row to indicate it is selected. You can click the row again to clear the selection.

3. Continue selecting SMFMI rows as needed.

4. When you are finished, click the Add to Mix Design button.
   
   The system closes the modal window and adds the SMFMI rows you selected to the list on the SMFMI tab.
