Changing a Reference Wage Decision

The Wage Decision Modification Summary component contains all the information that is currently recorded for the wage decision, including its most recent modification.

To access the Wage Decision Modification Summary component, click the Wage Decisions link in the Reference Data component. For the wage decision you want to view, click the Decision Num.

The upper part of the component contains general detail information for the wage decision. You can view or change information in these fields:

The lower part of the component contains information for the most recent modification on record for this wage decision. You can view or change information in these fields:

Note: The Publication Date for a modification must be the same as or later than the Decision Date and the Publication Date of the wage decision being modified.

To add a new reference wage decision, select Add New from the Actions menu on the component header. For more information, see Adding a Reference Wage Decision.

If the new wage decision you are adding is similar to an existing wage decision, you can save time by creating a copy of the existing decision, assigning it a new General Decision Number and then changing any minor details required for the new wage decision. To copy a wage decision, select Copy from the Actions menu on the wage decision's row. For more information, see Copying a Wage Decision.

Simple: This is a limited set of wage decision information that does not include wage zones. To maintain a wage decision in this view, select Simple from the Actions menu on the wage decision's row. For more information, see Maintaining Wage Decision Information - Simple View.
Basic: This is a limited set of information for the craft that does not include modified rates at the classification level. To view or maintain a craft in this view, select Basic from the Actions menu on the wage decision's row. For more information, see Maintaining Basic County and Classification Information.
