Changing a Reference OJT Program

The Reference OJT Program Summary contains all the information currently recorded for the OJT program. Information is grouped in three tabs, located on the left side of the component.

To access the Reference OJT Program Summary, click the OJT Programs link in the Reference Data component, locate the OJT program you want to view, and click the link in the Program Name field on that row.

The Reference OJT Program Summary opens on the General tab, which allows you to view or change information in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change or delete information as required. When you have finished making changes, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

To maintain additional information for the reference OJT program, click the following tabs:

Wage Rate Progression	Click this tab to add wage rate progression information for the OJT program (see Maintaining OJT Program Wage Rate Progressions).
Skill Sets	Click this tab to add the skill sets required for the OJT program (see Maintaining OJT Program Skill Sets).
