Changing a Prime Project

The Prime Project Summary component contains all the information currently recorded for the prime project. You can display the summary from the Prime Project Overview by selecting Open from the Actions menu on the prime project row.

Information is grouped on three tabs located on the left side of the component. The Prime Project Summary opens on the General tab, which allows you to view or change information in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed. When you are finished making changes, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

To add a new prime project to the system, click the Add New button on the component header (see Adding a Prime Project).

To maintain additional information about the prime project, click one of the following tabs:

Projects

Click this tab to view or maintain a list of all of the projects that are currently associated with the prime project (see Managing Projects in a Prime Project).

Workflow

Click this tab to view or maintain the workflow designation for the project (see Maintaining Prime Project Workflow).
