The Agency Entity Data Report provides information about the selected agency entities, including the entity name, label, and parent entity. For each selected entity, the report lists the name, label, and field type for all of the entity fields.
You can access this report from the Generate Report component.
The Data Access Log report provides system administrators with a paper copy of the database access entries shown on the Data Access Entry list. The maximum number of rows in this report is determined by the Maximum Number of Rows Available to Database Access Log Report agency option.
Historical reports are reports that are generated and attached as a PDF file to a record in the associated entity as a result of an active system event or tracked issue event. Any report can be generated as a historical report if the appropriate event is set up. These reports can also be generated on demand by using the Generate Reports component. For information about configuring events to generate historical reports, see Working with Event Actions and Working with System Event Actions.

The Non-Agency User Activity Report enables you to view information about the entities and records accessed by non-agency users. You set a date range on the Set Parameters page of the Generate Report component, and then generate the report. The report lists non-agency users and the entities and records each user accessed during the specified time period. For each record accessed by a non-agency user, the report lists values for the Created By, Created Date, Last Updated By, and Last Updated Date fields.
