Viewing Proposal Locations

The Proposal Location Summary contains all the information related to where work will take place for all the projects in the proposal. You can view but not change the information in this component. Information is grouped on five tabs, located on the left side of the component.

To access the Proposal Location Summary, click the Locations Quick link on the Proposal Summary component. The Proposal Location Summary component opens on the Counties tab, which contains a rolling list of all the counties in the proposal. Each record contains current values for the following fields:

Districts	This tab lists all the districts in which work will take place for all projects in the proposal. For more information, see Viewing Proposal Districts.
Points	This tab lists all location points for all projects in the proposal. For more information, see Viewing Proposal Points.
Road Segments	This tab lists all road segments for all projects in the proposal. For more information, see Viewing Proposal Road Segments.
Bridge Segments	This tab lists all bridge segments for all projects in the proposal. For more information, see Viewing Proposal Bridge Segments.

To lock the proposal record so that no other user can make changes to it while you work, select Lock Proposal from the Actions menu on the component header. To unlock the proposal when you have finished making changes, select Unlock Proposal from the Actions menu.

If the proposal contains more than one project, you can automatically generate unique line numbers to remove duplicate line numbers by selecting Generate Unique Project Line Numbers from the Actions menu on the component header.
