Viewing Cost Estimate Items in a Snapshot

The Cost Estimate Items tab contains an accordion list of items recorded for the estimate at the time the snapshot was created. The Cost Estimate Total is displayed at the top of the list. Each item row includes an Actions button and displays values in these fields:

• Line

• Item

• Type

• Active

• Quantity

• Unit

• Price

When you click a row to expand it, additional fields are displayed. Some fields are in collapsible sections. In the Item Information section, you can view information in these fields:

• Item

• Supplemental Description

• Price Source

• Unit

• Active

In the Pricing Summary section, you can view information in these fields:

• Quantity

• Price

• Ext Amt

Below the Pricing Summary section, you can view information in these fields:

• Contribute to Total Construction Cost

• Exclude from Reference Price Calculation

• Nonbid

• Design Build

• Parent Typical Section

• Lump Sum

• Bid as Lump Sum

• Category

• Preliminary Engineering

• Budget Class

• Prequalification Work Type

• Parent Parametric Item

• Transition Date

• Item Alternate Set

• Item Alternate Member

• Low Cost Flag

In the Remarks section, you can view information in these fields:

• Type

• Remarks

To view price tasks associated with a snapshot item, select Price Tasks from the Actions menu on the item row. The system takes you to the Snapshot Item Price Task Summary. See Viewing Price Tasks for Snapshot Items.
