Viewing Price Tasks for Snapshot Items

The Cost Estimate Snapshot Item Price Task Summary lists all of the price tasks that were associated with the cost estimate item when the snapshot was created. You can access the summary by navigating to the Cost Estimate Items tab on the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary and selecting Price Tasks from the Actions menu on the item row.

Information is displayed in collapsible sections. In the Item Information section, you can view read-only values in these fields:

• Line

• Item

• Supplemental Description

• Quantity

• Unit

• Unit Price

In the Task Groups section, you can view read-only values in these fields:

• Task Group

• Task Group Description

• Price Tasks

• Active Tasks

In the Bid-Based Tasks section, you can expand each task row to view read-only values in these fields:

• Task

• Task Description

• Task Bid History Profile

• Alternate Item

• Task Unit Price

• Task Comment

• Task Group

• Active

• Rolled Up Quantity

• Alternate Quantity

• Regression

In the Reference Tasks section, you can expand each task row to view read-only values in these fields:

• Task

• Reference Price

• Task Description

• Source Ref Item

• Source Ref Spec Book

• Task Group

• Task Unit Price

• Use Historical Price

• Type

• Amount

• Percent of

• Percent on top

• Active

In the Cost-Based Tasks section, you can expand each task row to view read-only values in these fields:
