Viewing Agency View Associations with SMFMIs

For agency views associated with the DSR Material SMFMI entity, the Agency View Associations to DSR Material SMFMIs component enables you to view and maintain Daily Source Report action relationships that associate the agency view with a material or material category.

• Note: In order to access an agency view from a Daily Source Report, the material or material category must also be associated with a source or facility (see Working with Source Materials and Working with Facility Materials).

You can access the component by navigating to the Agency View Overview, locating the row for an agency view associated with the DSR Material SMFMI entity, and selecting Agency View Associations from the row Actions menu.

Each row represents a material or material category action relationship associated with the agency view. All of these action relationships have an Action Documentation Type of Daily Source Report. Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

• Record Type

• Record ID

• Act Relationship Descr

• Effective Date

• Expiration Date

• Status

• Active

Expand a row to display additional information. You can view or change values in these fields:

• Action Type

• Action Relationship Status Type

• Action Documentation Type

• Special Instructions

• Acceptance Method

• Sample Type

• Sample Size

• Effective Date

• Expiration Date

• Action Relationship Description

• Test Responsibility

• Approved Source Required

• Sample Responsibility

• Sample Location

• Sample Units

• Status

• Active

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed. To save your changes, click the Save button.

To view or maintain the specifications associated with an action relationship, select Open Reference Specifications in the Actions menu on the action relationship row. The system takes you to the Reference Specifications Overview (see Managing Reference Specifications).

To access additional information about an action relationship, select Open from the row Actions menu. The system takes you to either the Material Summary or Material Category Summary, as appropriate. You can create new action relationships to associate agency views with the material or material category by using the Action Relationships tab on the Material Summary or Material Category Summary (see Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material or Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material Category).
