Adding Equipment for a DWR Contractor

The Contractor Equipment tab on the Contract Daily Work Report Summary contains a list of equipment being reported on this DWR for each contractor on site. Equipment records are grouped by contractor in accordion rows. Expand an accordion row to display the equipment for that contractor in subordinate rows. Each equipment row contains an Actions button and current information for these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as required.

To delete a piece of equipment, select Delete form the Actions menu on the equipment row. The system shades the row gray to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

Adding Equipment for a DWR Contractor

To add one or more pieces of contractor equipment to the DWR, follow these steps:

On the Contract Daily Work Report Summary, click the Contractor Equipment tab, and then choose Select Equipment from the Actions menu on the contractor row.

The system displays a modal window for selecting equipment.
Locate the equipment you want to add to the DWR by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking the Show first 10 button.

The system lists equipment that meets your search criteria.
Click the row for each piece of equipment you want to add.

The system adds a check mark beside each row you select and shades the row. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.
Click the Add to DWR Contractor Equipment button.

The system closes the modal window and adds the new equipment to the list on the Equipment tab.
Click the Save button.

The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
