  1. Adding a Contractor to a DWR

The Contractors On Site tab on the Contract Daily Work Report Summary contains a list of all the contractors that were observed on the construction site on the DWR date. Contractors must be added to the DWR on this tab before their equipment, personnel, and staff can be recorded on the DWR. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To change information in a contractor row, click anywhere in that row. The system highlights the row in blue. You can change information in the Start Time, End Time, and Hours fields.

To remove a contractor from the DWR, select Delete from the Actions menu on the contractor row. The system shades the row gray to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished making changes to contractors for the DWR, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system (including deleted information). The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

Adding a Contractor to a DWR

To add one or more contractors to a DWR, perform the following steps:  

  1. On the Contract Daily Work Report Summary, click the Contractors On Site tab, and then click the Select Contractors button.

    The system displays a modal window for selecting contractors.

  2. Locate the contractor you want to add by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or click Show first 10 to display all the contractors associated with this contract.

    The system lists all the contractors that meet your search criteria.

  3. Click the row for each contractor you want to add.

    The system adds a check mark beside each row you select and shades the row. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.

  4. Click the Add to DWR Contractors button.

    The system closes the modal window and adds the new contractors to the list on the Contractors tab of the Contract Daily Work Report Summary.

  5. Click the Save button.

    The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
