Maintaining a Force Account

The Force Account Summary contains all the information currently recorded for the force account. To access this component, click the Force Account tab in the Contract Progress Overview component.

Information is grouped on four tabs located on the left side of the component. The component opens on the General tab, which allows you to view or change the following information:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as required. 

To access additional information about the force account, click the following tabs:

Contractors

To add anything other than summary information for a force account, a contractor must first be added to the force account record. Click this tab to add contractors to the force account (see Maintaining Contractors for a Force Account).

Daily Work Reports

Click this tab to access a list of all the daily work reports (DWRs) that have been submitted on this force account (see Maintaining DWRs for a Force Account).

Change Orders

Click this tab to access a list of all the change orders associated with this force account (see Maintaining Change Orders for a Force Account).
