Viewing Change Orders Associated with a Force Account

The Change Orders tab on the Force Account Summary contains a list of all the change orders associated with this force account. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

• CO Num

• Status

• Amount

• Type

• Reason

• Change Order Date

• Current Approval Group

• Approval Date

• Description

You can view but not change information in this list. To view more information or maintain a change order associated with this force account, locate the change order row and click the link in the CO Num field. The system takes you to the Contract Change Order Summary.
