Maintaining Stormwater Event DWRs

The Stormwater Events (DWR) tab on the Stormwater Period Summary component contains a list of all the DWRs associated with this stormwater period. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To remove a DWR from the stormwater period, select Delete from the Actions menu on the DWR row. The system shades the row to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button. Click Save to apply your changes to the system.

To maintain or view more information about the DWR, click the link in the DWR Date field to go to the Contract Daily Work Report Summary for the DWR (see Maintaining a Contract Daily Work Report).

Adding a DWR to the Stormwater Period

To add a DWR to the stormwater period, it must have a stormwater value in the Weather field and its date must be within the currently defined stormwater period dates.

If the stormwater period has both start and end dates, you can only add DWRs that have a date inclusively within the stormwater period start and end dates. If the stormwater period has a start date, but no end date, you can only add DWRs that have a date on or after the stormwater period start date.

Once a DWR is associated with a stormwater period, the DWR Date and DWR Weather values cannot be modified and the DWR cannot be deleted.

Follow these steps to add one or more DWRs to the stormwater period:

  1. Click the Select Stormwater Events button.

The system opens a modal window for selecting DWRs associated with the contract.

  2. Locate the DWR you want to add by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking Show first 10.

The system lists all the DWRs that meet your search criteria.

  3. Click the row for each DWR you want to add.

The system adds a check mark beside each DWR you select and shades the row. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.

  4. Click the Add to Stormwater Period button.

The system closes the modal window and adds the new DWR to the list.

  5. Click the Save button.
