Maintaining DWR Agency View Contract Material Associations

For agency personnel to use agency views to enter information for a contract material on a DWR acceptance record, several associations must be configured and active to make the agency view available.

An agency view based on the DWR Acceptance Record entity can be associated with either the material or material category by creating an action relationship with an Action Documentation Type of Daily Work Report (see Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material and Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material Category). The material can be added either to an item or to a contract item as part of a material set, and materials and acceptance actions are generated or updated for the contract (see Generating Contract Materials and Acceptance Actions).

When the item is posted on a DWR and acceptance records are created (see Maintaining Contract Material Acceptance Records on a DWR), the agency view is available by navigating to the Contract Daily Work Report Summary, clicking Acceptance Records tab, expanding the item posting row, and then selecting the name of the agency view from the Actions menu on the contract material acceptance record row.
