Maintaining DSR Agency View Associations

For agency personnel to use agency views to record information for a source material SMFMI, several associations must be configured and active to make the agency view available.

An agency view based on the DSR Material SMFMI entity can be associated with either the material or material category by creating an action relationship with an Action Documentation Type of Daily Source Report (see Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material and Maintaining Action Relationships for a Material Category). The material can then be associated with either a source or facility (see Working with Source Materials and Working with Facility Materials).

The source material or facility material is then selected on the Materials tab on the Daily Source Report Summary for the source and facility, if appropriate (see Recording Materials on a DSR). After an SMFMI is created or selected for the material on the Materials tab, the agency view is available by selecting the agency view name from the Actions menu on the SMFMI row.
