Maintaining Crew Information

When you click the Crews link in the Reference Data or Estimation Reference Data components, the system takes you to the Crew Overview, where you can add, delete, and modify reference crews used in cost-based estimation. A reference crew is a combination of reference laborers and equipment, and their corresponding quantity information.

Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

To delete a crew, select Delete from the Actions menu on the appropriate row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button. To save your change click the Save button.

To view or modify a crew, click the Crew link or select Open from the Actions menu on the appropriate row. The system takes you to the Crew Summary. See Maintaining a Reference Crew for more information.

To add a new reference crew, select Add from the Actions menu on the component header. The system takes you to the Add Crew page. See Maintaining a Reference Crew for more information.

To copy an existing crew, select Copy from the Actions menu on the appropriate row. The system takes you to the Copy Crew component. See Copying a Reference Crew for more information.
