To access the Add Contract Project component, select Add from the Actions menu on the Contract Project Overview component header.
To create a contract project, you must enter information in these fields:
It is not required, but you can enter information in these fields to record additional information about the contract project:
Note: Although it is possible to update the Original Project Amount and Current Project Amount when adding a contract project, there is no need to manually add this information. The system will automatically calculate these amounts over the lifecycle of the project when child items are added or updated.
When you are finished adding information, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm the new contract project was saved in the database.
