Viewing Subcontract Item Information

The Subcontract Item component appears as the second of three components displayed on the Subcontract Project Item Summary page. To access the Subcontract Item Summary page, navigate to the Subcontract Summary, click the Items tab, and select Open Subcontract Project Items from the Actions menu on an item row.

The header for the first component on the page displays the Contract ID, and the subheader displays the Vendor ID and Name for the prime vendor. The Subcontract Item component header contains the Contract Item Line Number for the associated contract item, and the subheader contains the Vendor ID and Name for the subcontractor.

You can view or change information in the following fields:

• Reference Item ID

• Item Description

• Subset Item

• Quantity

• Unit

• Prime Unit Price

• Prime Extended Amount

• Spec Book

• Supplemental Description

• Project Item Splits

• Project Item Splits Reviewed
