Reviewing Subcontract Project Items

Because subcontract items are often divided among multiple projects, the agency reviews the project items associated with each subcontract item and keeps track of which project items have been reviewed.

The Subcontract Project Item Overview component is the third component on the Subcontract Project Item Summary page. The component contains an accordion list of all the subcontract project items associated with the subcontract item. After reviewing the project items, mark the project items as reviewed by selecting Mark Project Items as Reviewed from the Actions menu on the component header.

Each row represents one subcontract project item and displays current values for the Project ID, Project Item Line Number, Quantity, Prime Unit Price and Category fields. To review a subcontract project item, click anywhere in the row to expand it and display all the available information. You can view or change information in these fields:

• Bid Quantity

• Current Quantity

• Unit Price

• Bid Quantity Extended Amount

• Current Quantity Extended Amount
