Viewing Previous Sources and Facilities

The Previously Used Sources and Facilities component enables you to view a list of sources where a material was previously obtained for a contract project item. The component lists only those sources and facilities included on acceptance records for the selected contract project item's material within its material set.

To access the component, navigate to the Contract Materials and Acceptance Actions Summary, click the Acceptance Actions tab, and then select Previously Used Sources and Facilities from the Actions menu on the contract material row.

On the Previously Used Sources and Facilities component, the component subheader lists the Contract, Project, Item, and Material for the selected contract material.

Each row includes an Actions button and read-only values in these fields:

Source ID
Facility ID
Source Type
Facility Type
