Viewing Non-Construction Costs in a Snapshot

The Non-Construction Costs tab on the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary lists non-construction costs that were recorded for the cost estimate when the snapshot was created. Non-construction costs include preliminary engineering, construction engineering, incidental construction, and right-of-way costs.

Expand a row to display all of the fields for the non-construction cost. Each row includes an Actions button and values in these fields:

• Non Construction Cost Name

• Non Construction Cost Description

• Non Construction Cost Type

• Non Construction Cost Group

• Percent of Total Estimate

• Non Construction Cost Amount

• Calculated Amount

• Active
