Viewing Materials Associated with a Material Category

The Associated Materials tab on the Material Category Summary component enables you to view a list of materials for which the material category is a parent.

You can view, but not change, the following fields for each material in the list:

Material Code
Material Name
Active
Effective Date
Expiration Date
Status

To change reference data for the material, select Open from the Actions menu on the material row. The system takes you to the Material Summary component. See Maintaining a Reference Material.
