Viewing Entity Information in a Snapshot

The Entity tab on the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary lists information about the entity associated with the cost estimate snapshot, either a concept, project, or proposal. Values shown were current at the time the snapshot was created.

You can view read-only values in these fields:

• Spec Book

• Unit System

• Scope Definition

• Primary County

• Primary District

• Status Indicator

• Grouping Code

• Estimated Date

• Transitioned from Concept Name

• Highway Type

• Improvement Type

• Season

• Terrain

• Urban/Rural

• Work Type

• Construction Year

• Letting Date

• Vendor Access

• Copied from Project

• Transition to Project

• Transition to Project Date
