Viewing Cost Summary Information in a Snapshot

The Cost Summary tab on the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary lists totals for different types of information included in the cost estimate at the time the snapshot was created. The Cost Estimate Total is displayed at the top of the summary. Below the Cost Estimate Total, additional information is grouped into collapsible sections.

In the Base Cost Estimate section, you can view information in these fields:

Total Cost Estimate Item Pricing
Total Typical Section Pricing
Total Ad Hoc Pricing

In the Other Costs section, you can view information in these fields:

Total Contingency
Total Markups

In the Cost Category Breakdown section, you can view information in these fields:

Total Construction Costs
Total Non-Construction Costs
Total Preliminary Engineering Costs
Total Biddable Costs
