Viewing Annualized Costs in a Snapshot

The Annualization tab on the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary lists maintenance treatments required for an improvement, along with the estimated annual cost of each maintenance treatment. The list includes annualized costs for maintenance treatments that were recorded on the cost estimate when the snapshot was created.

Each row includes an Actions button and read-only values in these fields:

• Treatment

• Treatment Estimate

• Life Span

• Annualized Cost
