Setting Basic Parameters for a User Bid History Profile

The Basic Parameters tab on the User Bid History Profile Summary enables you specify parameters that are used to gather historical bid data. These settings are saved as part of the profile, which can then be used to retrieve data as needed. You can view or change values in these fields:

• Source of Item Prices

• Number of Low Bidders per Proposal

• Market Area

• Date to Use for item prices

• Letting Date Adjustment

• Minimum Number of Bids before Excluding

• Vendor Number

• Convert Opposite Units

• Item Group Set

• Date Rule when date is not available

Click in a field and add, change, or delete values as needed. When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
