Setting Agency Options for Test Queues

The Queues tab on the Agency Options component enables administrators to set a variety of options that control which sample records are included in each test queue. Settings on the Queues tab are organized into three collapsible sections, one for each type of test queue: Enter Test Results, Maintain Test Queue, and Review Tests.

The Enter Test Results and Review Tests sections list rows for Sample Record Test Status. If your agency has customized the available test statuses by modifying the TESTSTATUS code table, those changes are reflected in the list of test statuses.

In each row, you can select or clear the Include in Queue check box to indicate whether sample records with that test status are included in the test queue for that section. For example, if you select the Include in Queue check box for the Retest status in the Enter Test Results section, sample records with a test status of Retest will be displayed on the Enter Test Results component.

In addition, selecting a test status in the Enter Test Results section enables users to mark the test complete, modify the Test Result Value, and modify agency view data for sample record tests with the selected status.
