To change information for a destination contract, click anywhere in that row. Click in any field except the Contract field to add or change information as required.
To delete a destination contract, select Delete from the Actions menu on the contract row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.
When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
Follow these steps to add one or more destination contracts to the DSR material:
On the Destination Contracts tab on the DSR Material component, click the Select Contracts button.
The system displays a window listing all the contracts for which you have contract authority.
Locate the contracts you want to add by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking Show first 10.
The system lists all the contracts that meet your search criteria.
Click the row for each contract you want to add.
The system adds a check mark beside each contract you select. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.
Click the Add to Destination Contracts button.
The system closes the modal window and takes you to the Destination Contracts tab with the new contracts added to the list.
Click the Save button.
The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
