Recording Agency Staff on a DWR

  1. Adding Agency Staff

The Agency Staff tab on the Contract Daily Work Report Summary contains a list of the agency staff members being reported on this DWR. Expand a staff member row to display the available information. Each row contains an Actions button and current information for these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as required. 

To remove a staff member from the DWR, select Delete from the Actions menu on the staff member row. The system shades the row gray to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.

Adding Agency Staff

To add one or more agency staff members to the DWR, perform these steps:

  1. On the Contract Daily Work Report Summary, click the Agency Staff tab, and then click the Select Agency Staff button.

    The system displays a modal window for selecting agency staff.

  2. Locate the agency staff rows you want to select by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking Show first 10.

    The modal window lists rows that match your criteria.

  3. Click the row for each agency staff member you want to add.

    The system adds a check mark beside each row you select and shades the row. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.

  4. When you are finished selecting agency staff members, click the Add to DWR Agency Staff button.

    The system closes the modal window and adds the new rows to the list on the Agency Staff tab.

  5. When you are finished, click the Save button to apply your changes.

    The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
