Maintaining an Item Group Set

The Item Group Set Summary contains all of the information recorded for an item group set, including a list of the item groups it contains. To access the summary, click the Item Group Sets link in the Reference Data component, locate the item group set you want to view, and then select Open from the Actions menu on the item group set row.

The component opens on the General tab. You can view or change information in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed. When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

To add a new item group set to the system, select Add New from the Actions menu on the component header. The system takes you to the Add Item Group Set component. For more information, see Adding an Item Group Set.

To create a new item group set that includes the same item groups as the current set, select Copy from the Actions menu on the component header. The system takes you to the Copy Item Group Set component. For more information, see Copying an Item Group Set.
