To access the Reference Fund Package Summary, locate the appropriate row on the Reference Fund Package Overview and click the Funds link or choose Open from the row Actions menu.
Note: If you often use the same reference fund package as the default for contract adjustments, you can set the Default Contract Adjustment Indicator to the reference fund package so that it will always be marked as default when you add it to a cost estimate, project, or contract. You can set the Default Contract Adjustment Indicator for more than one fund package until you activate the contract.

In each reference fund row, you can view or change values in these fields:
Note: The total of all percentages for funds in the fund package must equal 100. At least one fund must have a priority of 1.

To add reference funds to this reference fund package, follow these steps:
On the Reference Fund Package Summary, click the Select Funds button.
The system displays a modal window for selecting active reference funds.
Click the row for each reference fund you want to add.
The system adds a check mark beside each row you select. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.
Continue selecting reference funds as needed.
When you are finished, click the Add to Reference Fund Package button.
The system closes the modal window and adds the funds you selected to the list on the Reference Fund Package Summary.
Maintaining Reference Fund Package Information
