Maintaining Vendor OJT Goals

Each year the transportation agency maintains goals for the participation of vendors in the agency's on-the-job training (OJT) programs and tracks the individual vendor's performance in meeting those goals.

The OJT Goals tab on the Vendor Labor Summary component contains an accordion list of all the recorded OJT goals for the vendor. Each row represents one OJT goal record and includes an Actions button. Expand a row to display all of the available information. You can view or change information in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.

To add a new OJT goal for the vendor, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row at the bottom of the list of OJT goals. To create an OJT Goal record, you must enter information in the Start Date, End Date, OJT Goal Units, and OJT Goal fields.

To delete a newly added row, click the Delete button at the end of the row. The system deletes the row immediately.

To delete a saved OJT goal, select Delete from the Actions menu on the goal's row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
