Maintaining Variables for a Typical Section Profile
The Variables tab on the Typical Section Profile Summary lists user-defined variables that are used to calculate typical section quantities.
Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:
Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.
To delete a variable from the profile, select Delete from the Actions menu on the variable row. The system shades the row to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.
To add a variable to the profile, click the New button. The system adds a new variable row. To save the new row, you must enter values in the Variable Name and Value fields.
When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
