The Test Charges tab on the Sample Record Summary lists the fees and billing information for sample record tests. Each row represents the charge for one test run assigned to the sample record. Each row displays information in these fields:
The Billing Code and Charge Amount fields display any default values entered for the test method on the Billing Information tab of the Test Summary component. If default values have not been entered, these fields are blank.
To change the billing information for a test run assigned to this sample record, first locate the row for the test run you want to change, then click in the Billing Code or Charge Amount fields and modify the values as needed. When you change the value in the Charge Amount field, the system automatically clears the value in the Billing Code field.
When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
