Maintaining Source Facility Information

The Facilities tab of the Source Summary component contains a list of all the facilities currently recorded for the source. Each row represents one facility. Each facility row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To add a new facility to the current source, select Create New Facility from the Actions menu on the Source Summary component header. The system takes you to the Add Facility component. See Creating a New Facility.

To access additional information about a facility, select Open from the Actions menu on the facility row. The system takes you to the Facility Summary component. See Maintaining a Facility.

To copy a facility to use as a basis for creating a new facility, select Copy from the Actions menu  on the facility row. The system takes you to the Copy Facility component. See Copying a Facility.

To delete a facility from the source, select Delete from the Actions menu on the facility row. When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
