Maintaining Laborer Information

When you click the Laborers link in the Reference Data or Estimation Reference Data components, the system takes you to the Laborer Overview, where you can add, delete, and modify reference laborer records used in cost-based estimation. After laborer records are entered in the system, they can be added to reference crews and cost sheets, which can be associated with items and cost estimate items.

Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

To delete a reference laborer, select Delete from the Actions menu on the laborer row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button. To save your change click the Save button.

To view or modify a reference laborer, click the Laborer link or select Open from the Actions menu on the laborer row. The system takes you to the Laborer Summary. See Maintaining a Laborer for more information.

To add a new laborer, select Add from the Actions menu on the component header. The system takes you to the Add Laborer page. See Maintaining a Laborer for more information.
