Maintaining Event Information

In Civil Rights & Labor, an event is a milestone that takes place at particular intervals of time during the DBE certification process. An event is usually made up of one or more associated actions, which are activities that must be completed as steps toward the completion of an event.

When you click the Events link in the Reference Data component, the system takes you to the Event Type Overview component where you can add, change and delete information contained in a reference event row. Type criteria in the Quick Find search box to locate the event row you want to maintain or click Show first 10.

The system displays a list of all the events in the system that match your search criteria. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To maintain a reference event, click the Event link in the list.

To add an event, select Add from the Actions menu on the component header.

To delete a reference event, select Delete button from the Actions menu on the event's row. Click the Save button to apply your changes to the system.
