Maintaining Document Submission Reviewers

The Document Submission Reviewers component includes a list of users who are assigned to review a specific document submitted to the agency. To access the component, navigate to the Document Submissions tab on the Contract Document Summary, and select Reviewers from the Actions menu on the document submission row.

Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

To add a reviewer for the submitted document, click the Add Reviewer button. The system displays a modal window that lists users who are not already reviewers of the document and who have contract authority for the contract the associated with the document. Click one or more rows to select reviewers. When you are finished, click the Add Reviewer button. The system closes the modal window and adds the new reviewers to the list.

To delete a reviewer from the list, select Delete from the Actions menu on the reviewer row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button. To save your changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
