Maintaining Cost Sheet Materials

The Materials tab on the Cost Sheet Summary lists all of the materials associated with the cost sheet. Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed. The Unit field is read-only and displays the unit of measure for the selected material.

To add a material to the cost sheet, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row to the list. To save the new row, you must enter a value in the Material field.

To delete a material from the cost sheet, select Delete from the Actions menu on the material row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
