Maintaining Cost Sheet Laborers

The Laborers tab on the Cost Sheet Summary lists all of the reference laborers associated with the cost sheet. Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed. The Crew field is read-only and displays a value only for laborers that were copied to the cost sheet from a reference crew.

To add a laborer to the cost sheet, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row to the list. To save the new row, you must enter values in the Laborer, Quantity, and Reg Hours fields.

To delete a laborer from the cost sheet, select Delete from the Actions menu on the laborer row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
