Maintaining Cost Estimate Snapshots for a Project

The Project Cost Estimate Snapshot Overview lists all of the snapshots for cost estimates associated with the selected project. Each snapshot stores read-only information about a cost estimate and all of its child records as they existed when the snapshot was created. You can access the overview by navigating to the Project Cost Estimate Summary and clicking the Cost Estimate Snapshots quick link.

Each row includes an Actions button and values in these fields:

To delete a snapshot, select Delete from the Actions menu on the snapshot row. To reverse the deletion, click the Undo button. To save your changes, click Save.

To view additional information about a snapshot, click the Sequence link or select Open from the Actions menu on the snapshot row. The system takes you to the Cost Estimate Snapshot Summary (see Maintaining a Cost Estimate Snapshot).
