Copying an Agency Entity
The Copy Agency Entity component enables you to create a new agency entity based on an existing agency entity. When you copy an agency entity, all of the fields and validation rules defined for the entity are copied to the new entity.
You can access the component by selecting Copy from the row Actions menu on the Agency Entity Overview or the component Actions menu on the Agency Entity Summary.
You can view or change values in these fields:
To save the new entity, you must enter a unique value in the Name field. When you are finished, click the Copy button. The system creates the new agency entity and displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
Review the On Save field, and update any existing references to the original agency entity name with the new name for the copied agency entity.
