Calculating Actual Dates for Scheduled Dates

The Calc Actual Date for Scheduled Date process enables users to calculate Progress Schedule Actuals to Date for contracts. Users can run the process manually, or schedule the process to run when it is convenient.

• Note: The calculation depends on the Progress Schedule Type you select on the Progress Schedule tab of the Contract Progress Summary component.

To calculate actual dates for scheduled dates, select Execute Process from the Actions menu on the Menu Bar. For more information about executing this process, see Executing Processes.
