Assigning Contracts to an OJT Program Enrollment

Every OJT program enrollment is assigned to at least one agency contract, and an employee may be enrolled in an OJT program that is associated with multiple contracts.

The Contract Assignments component contains a list of all the contracts that are currently assigned to the OJT program enrollment. To access the Contract Assignments component, click the OJT Trainee tab on the Reference Employee Summary, and then select Contract Assignments from the Actions menu on the OJT program enrollment's row.

On the Contract Assignments component, each row represents one contract assignment. You can view or change information in these fields:

To add a new contract assignment, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row at the bottom of the list. To create a new contract assignment, you must enter information in all fields that display a red asterisk. Record information in other fields as needed.

To delete a newly added row, click the Delete button at the end of the row. The system deletes the row immediately.

To delete a saved contract assignment, select Delete from the Actions menu on the contract assignment row. To reverse the deletion, click the Undo button.

When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
