Viewing Proposal Items

Proposal items are groupings of like project items with the quantities and prices combined. For all project items that have the Combine with Like Items check box selected, the system combines them into a single proposal line item if they match in these six fields: Reference Item ID, Supplemental Description, Alternate Set ID, Alternate Member ID, Bid Requirement Code, and Section ID.

The Proposal Items tab on the Proposal Sections and Items component provides a summary view of all the biddable project items in the proposal. Non-bid items are not included in the list. You cannot add, change, or delete information on this tab.

Items are displayed in order of proposal line number. If you want to show only those proposal items in a specific section, you can filter the list by clicking the Section ID arrow, and selecting the section whose items you want to show. To remove the filter and show proposal items for all sections, click the Section ID arrow, and select No Filter.

Each row represents one proposal line item and displays current values for these fields:
