Viewing Payroll Import Notifications

The Payroll Import Notifications tab on the Process History Overview component allows you to view the status, notifications, and output of payroll import processes.

You can locate a specific process by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box. You can also filter the list to show only recent, older, or processes currently running by selecting the appropriate value in the Status field above the list.

Each payroll import process row includes a Header with this information:

• Vendor ID

• Contract ID

• Payroll Number

• User

• Modification Number

In addition, each row contains:

• Log

• Reviewed

• Start Time

• Finish Time

• File Name

• Output Files

• Success

• Note: The finish time and success of a process is not displayed until the process concludes and the page is refreshed.

Payroll import notification rows can be deleted on this tab, but not changed. To delete a payroll import notification row, select Delete from the Actions menu on that row. When you are finished deleting import notification rows, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
