Rating Contractor Performance

The Ratings tab on the Contractor Evaluation Summary component is used to record ratings for all the performance criteria in the contractor evaluation.

The upper part of the component contains the Form Version and Evaluation Instructions.

The lower part of the component contains an accordion list of performance criteria, grouped by subject. Each group row displays the number of questions in the group and current values for these fields:

• Group Name

• Group Rating

Each group row also contains a list of questions in subordinate rows. Expand an accordion row to display the questions in that group. Each subordinate row displays current values for these fields:

• Question

• N/A

• Rating

• Comments

Comments are only required for ratings at or below the Minimum Rating Value Requiring Remarks for this form version.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
